The BlackShot SEA Game Masters are hunting for new Game Masters (GMs) to join our dynamic team. What Does a Game Master (GM) Do?

As a member of the GM Team, you will be required to work closely with fellow GMs and play a pivotal role in enhancing the gaming experience for our players in the Southeast Asia region.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide front-line support to players and work to address their concerns and issues.
• Work on the planning and executing of in-game events, marketing campaigns, eSports events etc.
• Representing the community and providing actionable feedback and in-depth insights to help improve the game.
• Being an outstanding role model to foster a positive gaming environment while serving as a deterrent against abusive players.

All successful candidates will initially start as Game Assistants (GAs) and will have the chance to grow within the BlackShot SEA GM team.

Requirements

To be eligible for this exciting role, candidates should meet the following criteria:

• You must be able to speak and type English fluently (additional languages are a plus).
• You must have a microphone, Discord and your own personal computer for work & communication (work from home).
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have enough free time to fulfil the obligations needed to be a GM, especially in the evening/night (approx. 2-3 hours per day).
• You must be an existing BlackShot SEA player who has played the game often and recently.
• You must have the ability to work with people with different working styles in a team to accomplish goals together.
• You must be able to follow all reasonable instructions.
• You must be passionate and self-motivated.
• You should be creative and have ideas that you think can improve the game.
• Having experience as a community representative, forum moderator, or in any other community involvement role or initiative is a plus.
