First and foremost, a huge thank you to everyone for your support and for responding to our survey forms. We have one more form that we would like to seek your inputs on, specifically on the issues that some of you are facing with our server hosts. 

We are aware that some PH players face ping issues in our Malaysia Channel (Server Host C). We embarked on this trial with Server Host C as there were PH & MY players that were facing ping issues with our previous Server Hosts A & B. Unfortunately, it appears that some PH players are still facing network issues even after 3 different server hosts. However, Malaysian players seem to be doing better with Server Host C in Malaysia Channel but not Server Host A that covers Competitive and Clan War Channels. 

Having said that, we understand that it is very much a frustrating experience for those of you affected. We are trying to test out new servers, and have already tested 3, but there is a limit to our options as well. It seems that in general, Server Host C seems to be better than Server Host A or B for most players. 

To help us make an informed decision, we would like to request everyone to provide us with inputs on the network experience you have had with Server Host C (Malaysia Channel) and Server Host A (Competitive/Clan War/Global Channel) during this season. Please fill in the form below accurately as it will guide us in our decision-making. As a token of our appreciation, all appropriate responses will be given a reward.
